Browser-based subtitle processor I built for personal use — drop .srt files, run plugins, download results. Grew from a basic CPS adjuster to a 9-plugin pipeline with Cyrillization, encoding detection across 5 codecs, and per-subtitle diff views. No server, no runtime dependencies.
